Public speaking and self-presentation sessions are a program designed for people who want to speak with more confidence, present themselves professionally and feel more at ease in situations that require engaging with an audience. Sessions are conducted as hourly meetings where we work on a specific presentation scenario — from event conditions and image, to speaking style and message delivery.
The program works well in both business environments and less formal situations. It can include preparation for lectures, business meetings, presentations, job interviews, oral exams, ceremonial speeches or presentations at important events.
The sessions cover:
- Managing stress before a presentation,
- Ways to capture and maintain audience attention,
- Body language, posture, gestures and eye contact,
- Speaking pace, emphasis and highlighting key content,
- Choosing clothing and image elements suited to the nature of the presentation,
- Preparing for different types of audiences and occasions,
- Techniques for building presentations in Canva or PowerPoint (if needed).
Each session lasts 1 hour and is part of a structured program for working on public speaking. The sessions combine elements of self-presentation, verbal and non-verbal communication, and practical preparation for real situations where clear messaging, coherent image and greater speaking ease matter.
The program scope and number of sessions are determined individually based on your needs.
At the end of the program, you will receive a structured PDF document with key findings to help you revisit the material and apply it in future presentations.
